Ripple.

Make me ripple with your rumble
You can’t smash me or make me crumble
You can’t trip me, can’t make me stumble
Make me ripple with your rumble

Make me ripple with your hatred
You can’t lay me down in your bed
Now make a green light from my red
Make me ripple with your hatred

Make me ripple with your thunder
Squash me – you can’t keep me under
You can’t break me, cause my sunder
Make me ripple with your thunder

Make me ripple, you can’t move me
Make me ripple, you can’t crush me
Make me ripple, you can’t contain me
Make me ripple, you can’t enrage me

About the Author: I have a B.A. in Honours Religious Studies from the University of Waterloo and I love all major world religions – Eastern, Western, or in between. I’m genderqueer, and I’m comfortable with male, neutral, and female pronouns. I’m married to my dear wife Lynn, who is the love of my life, my best friend, and my muse. I think far too much, and often have too many ideas to know what to do with. And I am a doing being, just like you!
