That isn’t “Innocent” is It?

Innocent until proven guilty,
with respect, is rather filthy.
It’s not that I disagree,
it’s merely that I have seen
it’s rather hapless,
when put in practice.
Innocence is assumed as your right
so long as you’re a man
and your skin is white,
but guilt is the suspicion
of anyone without a dick
or with a darker complexion.
That isn’t “innocent” is it?
