I’ve got poetry for every season or mood, whatever your weather – whether you feel slippery and ecstatic like Spring, lazy or sizzling like Summer, misty and melancholic like Autumn, or chilled and chapped like Winter.

Not Quite a Book

A series of poems written (mostly) when I was completing my Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Waterloo.  Many of these poems deal with themes of mental health and self-care.

Songs of Herta

This series of poetry comes from my own fantasy world called Herta.  Some of these poems tell short stories; others are accounts of dreams, songs, prayers, or speeches; but all of them come together like patches on a quilt to construct the history, mythology, and narratives of this weird and beautiful place.

A series all about courage, encouragement, and positivity! I’ve written so much painful poetry on my journey to finding contentment and love for myself, but now it is time to shine my light bright. You can’t heal your pain if you don’t hold it close, but if you can’t let it go you’ll never be free.

Dao of the De

Poemmentaries (poetic commentaries) on wisdom literature and holy scriptures from around the world – I’ve got to put my degree in Religious Studies to work somehow!

Love poems about my wonderful wife.  Sometimes sweet, sometimes spicy, always satisfying.
